NEXPLORA

User data deletion

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Nexplora lets you connect accounts such as Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and others), Facebook, Instagram and Threads. You can remove that access, and delete what Nexplora holds, at any time. This page explains how.

1. Disconnect one account in Nexplora

Sign in, open Connected, choose the account and select Disconnect. You can also just tell Nexplora in chat, for example "disconnect my Google account." When you disconnect:

  • the stored access and refresh tokens for that account are revoked in our vault and their secret values are erased immediately, so Nexplora can no longer reach the account;
  • the short private account profile and facts Nexplora learned from that account are deleted (if the account's business overview was shared with your team, that shared copy is withdrawn);
  • background work that relied on the account stops;
  • the remaining revoked record, which no longer holds any credential, is permanently removed after 30 days.

Disconnecting a Google sign-in disconnects every Google product that used it (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and so on).

2. Remove Nexplora's access at Google or Meta

You can also revoke Nexplora directly at the provider. This works even if you can no longer sign in to Nexplora.

Google

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services), select Nexplora and choose Delete all connections you have with Nexplora.

Facebook

Open Facebook Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Nexplora and choose Remove. Facebook lets you also ask us to delete the data we received from it; to do that, email us as described in step 3.

Instagram

Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, select Nexplora under Active and choose Remove.

Threads

In the Threads app open Settings → Account → Website permissions, select Nexplora and choose Remove.

Removing access at the provider stops Nexplora from reaching the account. To also delete what Nexplora already holds, disconnect in Nexplora (step 1) or ask us (step 3).

3. Delete your Nexplora account and all of its data

Email [email protected] from the address on your Nexplora account with the subject "Delete my Nexplora data." If you no longer have an account but connected Facebook, Instagram or Threads, tell us the name of the account you connected so we can find it. We confirm the request with you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

Account deletion removes:

  • every stored credential for your connected accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and any other);
  • your chats, saved memories, the account profiles learned from your connected accounts, files you uploaded, messages your business received through channels you connected, and the work you created in Nexplora;
  • your Nexplora account and profile.

We keep only what the law requires — for example billing and tax records — and audit and security logs that record which actions ran but not the content of your connected accounts. Records of AI model requests that we keep to operate and secure the Service are deleted when you ask, and backups roll off on their normal schedule. Data you chose to share with a team or company workspace (for example a contact record you added to a shared CRM) stays with that workspace and can be removed by its admins.
