Nexplora is an AI workspace. With the HubSpot app connected, you ask for CRM work in plain words (in Nexplora chat or by text message) and Nexplora does it in your HubSpot account: it finds and updates contacts, companies, deals and tickets, logs notes, and reads your pipelines and website analytics. Your data stays in HubSpot.
1. Before you start
- A Nexplora account. Sign up free at nexplora.ai/signup.
- A HubSpot account where you can install apps (a Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace access).
2. Install and connect
From Nexplora
- Sign in to Nexplora and open Connected.
- Find HubSpot and select Connect. You can also type "connect HubSpot" in chat.
- HubSpot opens. Choose the HubSpot account to connect, review the permissions, and select Connect app.
- You return to Nexplora with HubSpot shown as connected.
From the HubSpot App Marketplace
- On the Nexplora listing, select Install, choose the HubSpot account, and approve the permissions.
- Sign in to Nexplora, or create an account if you don't have one.
- Nexplora asks HubSpot once more to confirm. Approve it and you're connected.
To connect more than one HubSpot account, repeat these steps and pick the other account in HubSpot.
3. Permissions
Required, so the app can work with your core CRM records:
- Contacts, companies and deals: read and write.
Optional. If your HubSpot account or plan doesn't include one, the app still installs; only the matching action is unavailable, and Nexplora tells you why:
- Tickets: read and write, and ticket properties.
- Owners: see who owns a record.
- Lists: read your lists.
- Contact, company and deal properties: read field definitions so values are filled in correctly.
- Website analytics: traffic, sources and page or form performance (business-intelligence).
4. Using it
Type what you need. A few examples:
- "Add Dana Lee from Acme, [email protected], with a $5,000 deal in Appointment scheduled."
- "Move the Acme deal to Closed won."
- "Find contacts at Acme and show who owns them."
- "Open a ticket for Acme: login page is slow."
- "Log a note on Dana Lee: wants a demo next week."
- "How many website visits did we get last month, and from which sources?"
Reads run right away. Anything that creates, changes or deletes a record first shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your approval. Deleted records go to HubSpot's recycle bin, where they can be restored for 90 days.
5. Disconnect or uninstall
In Nexplora
Open Connected, choose HubSpot and select Disconnect, or type "disconnect HubSpot" in chat. Nexplora erases its stored HubSpot access right away and stops all HubSpot work.
In HubSpot
In HubSpot, open Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, find Nexplora, and choose Uninstall. This removes Nexplora's access to the account. Your HubSpot data is not changed. To also delete what Nexplora holds about you, see Data deletion.
6. Troubleshooting
- "HubSpot refused …": Nexplora shows HubSpot's own reason. Usually the account or plan doesn't include that feature, or the HubSpot user lacks permission for it.
- A new permission is needed: disconnect and connect HubSpot again to approve it.
