Nexplora for Zoom

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Review your meeting details and cloud recording listings for requested work.

What Nexplora reads

Read your user profile, list your meetings, retrieve meeting details and list your cloud recordings.

The default connection requests read-only scopes. It does not grant meeting creation, meeting updates, recording deletion, webinars or chat access. Recording availability depends on your account and plan. Granting access does not approve an action.

What waits for approval

Reads can run straight away. Reversible changes you explicitly request inside Nexplora can also run straight away. Connected-app changes requested through external AI apps wait for your approval. Sends, posts, deletions, payments, deploys and admin changes wait for your approval. Changes you did not explicitly request also wait for approval. Approval does not grant missing app permissions.

How to connect

  • Sign in to Nexplora, or create an account.
  • Open Zoom in Connected Apps and choose Connect.
  • Sign in to Zoom, review the requested access, and approve the connection. Your organization may require an administrator’s permission.
  • Return to Connected Apps and check the connection status. Ask Nexplora to help with information your account can access.

Disconnect and delete data

Open Connected Apps, choose Zoom, and select Disconnect. You can also revoke Nexplora’s access in Zoom’s app settings. Disconnecting does not itself delete earlier conversation history. See Data deletion to request deletion and the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

Support

If connection fails, check your account permissions and retry from Connected Apps. Contact Support for help. Never send passwords or access tokens.
